为了进一步优化组织结构，英特尔对他们的研究和开发部门进行了优化组合，原本的Corporate Technology Group（企业技术群组）被改称为Intel Labs（英特尔实验室）。
Intel Labs下面分为Circuits & Systems Research、Microprocessor & Programming Research、Future Technologies Research、Integrated Platforms Research和Intel China Research Center。
